Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • This competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Starbucks Australia and their immediate family members.
2. Entry Requirements
   • To enter, participants must upload a post on Instagram with their Joe Kind Snoopy beverage, share how they spread kindness, tag @starbucksau, and use #JoeKindSnoopy.
   • Multiple entries are allowed
3. Competition Period
   • The competition begins on Monday 7^th April, 2025  and ends on Sunday 20^th April, 2025 11:59pm. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. Prize
   • The prize is a Joe Kind Snoopy Prize Pack including Joe Kind Snoopy merchandise items values at over $7.95. There are up to five (5) prize packs available.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Thursday 24^th April, 2025.
   • The winner will be notified via Instagram DM’s. If the winners do not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
6. Privacy
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
   • The winner’s names may be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Disclaimers
   • This competition is not endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
   • Starbucks Australia reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
8. General Conditions
   • By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Starbucks Australia which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
