Where will your stores be in Western Australia?

We’re initially opening stores right across Perth in some key growth areas – north, east and south of the CBD! Check the job listing for more info about opportunities at specific store locations.

What Roles are you looking for in Western Australia?

We’ve already begun recruitment for our WA store teams, which will typically include (per store): Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers, Shift Supervisors and Baristas

What experience do I need?

We value attitude first and foremost – are you willing to turn up and be a team player? The rest we can teach you on the job. No prior barista experience required!
Applying for a Assistant Manager or Store Manager role? We’d love to see some experience in hospitality or retail leadership under your belt and know that you can bring your experience and skills to a new environment.

What kind of hours does the job offer?

All of our store partners are permanent, part- or full-time employees, with guaranteed contract hours.
Our drive thru stores open early and stay open late, affording a huge amount of flexibility for all of our partners.

What training is provided?

All of our store partners undergo a minimum four weeks on-the-job training as they complete their ‘Barista Basics’ course – ensuring that every single partner you meet is a qualified barista.
In addition, our Shift Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles undergo further rigorous, paid training to bring out their very best.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know to make excellent coffee – you just need to bring a willingness to learn!
